Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 6-Week Intro to Kathak (6-Class Pack)

• Course Format: This is a structured, progressive course where each class builds on the previous one. Regular attendance is strongly encouraged to support your learning journey.

• Full payment for the 6-week Intro to Kathak course is required prior to the first class.

• Refund: Students may request a full refund within 48 hours after attending the first class, if they feel the course is not a good fit. After this period, refunds will not be available. No refunds will be issued after this 48-hour period, unless the instructor cancels the entire course or any individual class, in which case a refund will be issued for the canceled class(es).

• Missed Classes: Once the course begins, refunds are not issued for missed classes. However, I understand that scheduling conflicts can occasionally arise.

– If three or more students are absent from the same class, a group make-up session may be scheduled, subject to availability.

– If a make-up session is not feasible, I will provide a short recap video highlighting the key concepts covered in class.

– In some cases, a class credit toward a future session (valid for 3 months) may be extended at my discretion.

2. Bollywood Fusion – Single Drop-In Classes

· Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund minus Stripe processing fee. No processing fee is deducted if payment was made using Zelle.

· No refund or credit is given for cancellations made within 24 hours of class time.

· If a class is canceled by the instructor, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

3. Bollywood Fusion Package (6-Class Pack)

· The Bollywood Fusion package consists of multiple classes scheduled over a set period.

· Full refunds minus Stripe processing fee are only available for the entire package if cancellation is made within 48 hours after the first class in the package, if the student feels the course is not the right fit for them. No processing fee is deducted if payment was made using Zelle.

· After this 48 hour period is over, no partial refunds will be issued for remaining classes. Cancellations or refunds for individual classes within the package are not permitted.

· If a student misses a class, they will be given a class credit which can be used in a future group session; must be used within 3 months.

· If the instructor cancels a class, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

3. Private Classes Single Class Session

• Full refund or rescheduling is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class minus Stripe processing fee.

· No refund is given for cancellations made within 24 hours.

4. Private Classes (6-Class Pack)

• Full refund is available for cancellations of the entire package, made at least 24 hours before the first class of the pack

No partial refunds will be issued once the first class has been completed. Missed classes can be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a class, please reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
